Knowledge and Information Management Skills Toolkit is a web-based diagnostic toolkit designed by TFPL and focused on core knowledge management and information management roles. A TFPL beta version of the Skills Toolkit which was available from this web site has now been enhanced into a full commercial version of the application by TFPL.

The full commercial version of the Skills Toolkit is available as an intranet-based management tool under license from TFPL. It can be customised to meet the specific requirements of your organisation. The Skills Toolkit enables individuals and organisations to visually identify and compare skill sets with spidergram graphics.

A free version of the commercial version of the Skills Toolkit is now available for trial by pre-registering with TFPL. For more information about the commercial version of the Skills Toolkit and to pre-register to trial it, please go to the Skills Toolkit main page on the TFPL web site.

The Skills Toolkit is an integral part of TFPL’s knowledge and information management competency development process which has been is designed by TFPL to help organisations define the knowledge and information management roles they need, the balance of competencies needed; the mix available, the training and development needs and appropriate reward packages.
